HHH maintains private rooms with baths, kitchens, dining areas, lounges, library, shuttle service, and other services for registered guests.

Referrals & Registration
Guests may stay at the Hospital Hospitality House if a doctor,
nurse,
patient representative or hospital administrator from a
participating
hospital provides a referral to HHH. Referrals are necessary to
make sure rooms are available to those in need.
If you have requested a referral from your health care provider
please call HHH to confirm the receipt of your referral. You may
reach the front desk staff at HHH at 804.828.6901, 24 hours a day.
Guests may check in at anytime throughout the day or night. Guests
are asked to call if not arriving before 7:00 p.m. so we can hold
the
room. There is no required check out time.
When guests arrive, they are greeted with a friendly smile and an
explanation of all the services and facilities available. Whenever
possible, new guests are taken on a tour of the facility. Located in
the living room/lobby of the House, the desk is staffed by employees
and volunteers trained to welcome guests to HHH and answer guest
questions.
