Hospital Hospitality House provides lodging and non-medical services to families and individuals in medical crisis. Guests are referred from physicians, staff and social workers from area hospitals.

12th ANNUAL SUNTRUST FANCY HAT PARTY
FRIDAY, April 3, 2009

Special Guest - Richard Roundtree, breast cancer survivor,
actor and star of the movie "Shaft".
This year we are proud to welcome Richard Roundtree, as our special
guest speaker. Richard initially received international fame when
chosen to star as John Shaft, private detective and supercop hero in
the feature film “Shaft”. That role catapulted Roundtree into the
world arena as one of the hottest new actors on the scene.
As a breast cancer survivor, Richard will share his story of
overcoming this disease and his passion for educating men and women
about breast cancer
The Fancy Hat Luncheon
and Fashion Show will be held on Friday,
April 3, 2009 at the Downtown Richmond Marriott Hotel, and will be
as uplifting and
enjoyable as ever.
Once
again our fashion show will feature men, women and children as our
runway models.
All our models are survivors of a serious illness or caregivers and
share their
stories and triumphs with us during this heartwarming event. The
Hat Party includes a contest for the fanciest, most creative and
most original
hats, fabulous raffle items, and door prizes
Tickets may be purchased for $100.00 each by calling
804.828.6901. We are currently taking reservations for table
sponsorships for $1,500 or Runway Level Tables for $2,000. Tables
are assigned as reservations are received so get yours in as soon as
possible!

Hats Off To You
Oncology guests are welcome to select soft hats from the "Hats Off
to
You Room" located on the seventh floor of Hospital Hospitality
House. Guests who need a soft hat may contact the front desk for
assistance. If you have new hats to donate, please call HHH at
804.828.6901 for assistance.
